1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using Framelab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Framelab.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Credits

Framelab uses a prepaid credits system. Credits are consumed when you initiate a generation. Failed generations are automatically refunded to your balance. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to prompts you submit and outputs you generate, subject to the licensing terms of the underlying model provider (Kling, Sora, Veo, Flux, Midjourney, Runway, and others). We do not claim additional rights to your content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Framelab to generate content that (a) depicts minors in a sexualized way, (b) infringes on others' intellectual property, (c) produces non-consensual intimate imagery, or (d) violates applicable law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the support email.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that generations will meet your expectations.
