Pricing questions
Are any models locked to higher plans?
No. Every model on the platform — including the newest, the day it ships — runs on every paid plan from one credit balance. The only difference between plans is how many credits you get, never which models you can use.
What is the catch with "no gate" — how is it cheaper?
No catch. We do not run a premium tier, so there is nothing to upsell you into. You pay for credits, and credits spend on anything in the catalog. Bigger plans simply cost less per credit.
How many videos or images can I make?
It depends on the model, length and resolution — the exact credit cost is shown before you run anything. The approximate counts on each plan are the maximum from the lowest-cost model at its smallest setting, with an honesty margin applied, and are derived live from real model prices.
What does "cheaper per credit" mean?
Every plan gets the same full catalog, so we do not differentiate on features — we differentiate on price. On annual billing, Creator costs about 34% less per credit than Starter, and Studio about 49% less. More volume, lower unit price.
Is the annual plan a year of credits up front?
No. Annual is a lower price, not a credit dump. You still receive the same amount of credits each month — you just pay once for the discount, up to 52% off.
Do credits roll over or expire?
Monthly credits refresh each billing cycle on a 30-day window and do not roll over — plans are priced around a monthly reset rather than indefinite banking. Your one-time signup credits never expire.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
Upgrade anytime and keep your unused credits until the cycle ends; an annual-to-annual upgrade is prorated in place. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the period you paid for. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
What happens if a generation fails, and is checkout secure?
If a run fails, your credits are returned to your balance automatically — you only pay for results. Checkout is handled by Creem, our merchant of record; the price you see is the price you pay, with tax calculated at checkout.
